Yes, picture overload! But a glimpse of our fun week-end! It started off Saturday afternoon, heading east after getting a dump on snow here in Edmonton... We headed 2 hours east to the hamlet of Islay... where signs such as, "Baby Bunnies crossing, Drive Careful" grace the roadways! However... as with most small towns, villages etc, there's always a curling rink! Attached was a great community center that was the perfect venue for Clint and Kurt's 30th bdays! Both boys were shocked and surprised!
Some great people, great music, and great times!
We were billeted to Craig and Pam's a bit further east to Kitscoty, and what wonderful hosts they were! They even shared their worker company with us! It was special to get a little visit in with Tricia and Mildred. After this great night, and special Sunday morning meeting, and another great meal at Kurt and Janine's, we headed home in time for our gospel mtg. It's good to be home too, but so glad for special friends along the way.
