I guess I should post just because it's a new month! And it's been a great start at that! However, I am simply newsless. I'll keep writing though and you never know what might come out of my fingertips!
At the moment the children are all sleeping, although we are woken up frequently with awful coughs, and gasping for air sounds. It's ridiculous. So today, I'm more thankful then ever for Ventolin. I've always been cautious using it on Wyatt, however, that has gone out the window! We are using it up to twice a day... too much I think but he really needs it and I can't believe the difference. Asthma is no fun and certainly nothing to play around with. I have this sneaking suspicion that lil sis is following in his footsteps. Her cough has lasted a month... Wyatt is over 2 months. No one has turned blue yet so for that I'm thankful too. But... tomorrow it's a visit to the doctor... the ped doc? my doc? Glen's doc? I guess whoever can squeeze them both in.
Our house is officially LOCKED! No more sneaking in for Glen, and for me, that means that things are moving along so I'm happy! Cement is poured in the basement and garage so when that's dried out which it should be by now, they'll start the drywalling etc. Can't wait!
Oh... sorry... I left... did you notice? Ya, another episode, another shot of ventolin, and eczema that's drives him bonkers. Sigh.... poor kid.
Cookies... I'm feeling like the cookie monstress lately! HA! Orders are piling in for this month, so that's exciting. I did spurge and buy the Cricut Cake machine.... It's a BEAUTY! So that's really fun to play around with. The bonus being that the cartridges that I have and use for the scrapbooking Cricut, work at the Cake one so a lot of options!
Mia is still loving school and coming home with more French words every day, much to my delight. She's really growing up and the attitude... oh my! She's a sneaky lil thing too... shutting the door when she thinks that she might get in trouble for whatever she may be doing... for instance, the other day she went into her room after school, shut the door and sat behind it! Hmm... what's going on, I wonder? Here they'd made necklaces at school and she knew she wouldn't be allowed to wear it, so in her room she went to put it on!
Natalie is growing too... between her coughs! She's getting teeth and seems to be coping with that fine. Certainly don't need to go out and purchase the latest fad/craze/idiotic idea of the amber necklace... seriously?? Ok.. so I'm not that way inclined at all, but give me a break... We all got teeth and survived... we are turning our kids into these pathetic, wimpy kids. Nat is getting quite the personality too... just looks at you and laughs and laughs, all the while shaking her head NO! So.. it's cute for now, but!
Wyatt... I guess I already talked about his ailments... so he just continues to be a BOY! He got his REAL viola yesterday and used it at his lesson today. He is soooooo excited! I do shutter and wonder if it'll survive but thankful for insurance! Mia has a new violin too... up to a 1/8th size and she's doing so well.
Anyways.. I could keep going on but I'll stop. I'll add a few pics in case you don't want to read all this! :-)
