Oops...

Glen and his cast... hasn't slowed him down too much, except for hockey season is over!

I did fail to mention a few important things that occurred in the month of July amidst all the busyness!!! :-) So... on top of all that we did, my dear hubby was a real trooper as he has a severely fractured heal! Playing summer hockey... need I say more??! So after walking around on it for 2 weeks, after it failed to show up in an xray, a bone scan revealed the truth... now he walks or should I say, hobbles around in an aircast. I'm not sure who is more sick of it!!! Him or I?!!!! Natalie was quite sick for a few weeks and up a million times during the night... that meant I had zero sleep! Usually we share that responsibility, especially when a kid is sick and especially on the week-ends when Glen doesn't have to go to work! He's to wear it for several more weeks!!! I do feel sorry for him, even though I say I don't! Summer time is not a great time for the cast! He's become confident enough to drive with it now... I guess my driving abilities to Aylesbury and back gave him some confidence!! :-)

And the other MAJOR important date I forgot to mention was my dear DAD... Yup... he's a whopping 56 years old this past week! whew... He's had quite the year and yet he's come through it all with flying colours. Anyways... HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR DAD. We love your gentle yet humourous ways, your constancy in all things True, your love for mom, and most of all for your lengthy phone conversations that always inspire! :-)
