THE VANCOUVER AQUARIUM!
Yes, the concierge thought that maybe some kind taxi driver would squeeze us in for the short drive to Stanley Park to visit the Aquarium. Alas... no... so we find Bus 19 around the corner and wait. We get on with exact change... $10.75 for us... the driver says, "We don't accept coins." Huh? Ok... so do you want $10? Nope... just get on. So a free bus ride for us. When the fare is $2.75, I'm not sure how they don't accept coins? So confused how one is meant to pay in cash on the bus? But whatever. The weather was great... cool in the shade but hot in the sun. They had this newer exhibit like Body Worlds.... you know where they plasticize humans to show people what the human body looks like etc. Well, they've done this with animals which was pretty neat. Kids enjoyed the dolphin show and Mia was loving the splash from the Beluga whale. Lots to do here and the kids were amazing. Then we decided to walk back to our hotel. We stopped in Stanley Park for a hot chocolate and walked along the sea wall. Was great!
Blury.... but I think it's funny... trying to kiss that grouper?
