What was meant to be 4 gifts each... umm... turned into too many! I guess that's what Gpa's and Gma's are for! My PLAN was:
1) 1 thing they NEED
2) 1 thing they WANT
3) 1 thing to DO
4) 1 thing to READ
Oh well.. most of it was needed, like clothes! Wyatt got the hockey net he wanted, Mia the Barbie she wanted... Natalie doesn't know so she got some new lil toys. Wyatt has told us over and over that he wants to be a Pokemon trainer when he grows up! Well.... I couldn't believe my eyes when I found a book entitled, "How to become a Pokemon trainer!" Ha! Mia is a crafty sort and becoming quite the little artist. She is having lots of fun with her stamping stencil set. Glen's gift... Mia wrapped up one of his TinTin comics and gave it to him! She gave me a finger printed tea towel that is quite cute, that they made at school. Glen and I skipped xmas this year. We are hoping to find ourselves a nice down duvet. They all got new Sunday outfits, which were much needed.

We were at Watta convention on Xmas morning so it really didn't seem like xmas- had a wonderful day of meetings- topped off with Doug Morse giving his testimony after the last meeting when lots of folks had already gone home- very special privilege. Looks like the kids had fun opening presents. We gave up adult xmas presents about 5 years ago-makes things alot easier. Must talk sometime soon. Luv M&D
Awww, looks like awesome family memories being made! Love it! :) Tyler and I skipped Christmas this year too.. shopping the Boxing Week/January sales is way more fun! :D
