Another successful family tradition... spending the Remembrance Day long week-end in Banff. It all started 7 years ago, and we're glad that we were joined by 2 other families this week-end. It was heaps of fun with swimming, the Hot Springs, skating, candy store, shopping etc etc. Not to mention a few too many Mertles! A mertles... let's see... I only had 4 and would not share. This giant blob of chocolate, caramel and pecans. Soooooo D-lish!
We attempted some family pictures but it was bitterly cold. We went into the trees for some shelter and that worked well. I think we each got some cute ones! It'll have to do for this year anyways!
So thanks to D and C and S and B for a great week-end. Can't wait until next year!

Some great photos- looks like you had heaps of fun. It would have been good for you all to be together- wish we could have been there with you!! Maybe some year!!!
