Then in Kindergarten, the classes put on a Mother's Day tea. I was able to have the principal cover my class while I went. It was sweet... we laughed, we cried! Mia was so excited about the 2 songs and poem they did, as well as getting to serve me cake and strawberries!
Mother's day around here was uneventful... Glen made me breakfast in bed which consisted of French toast, eggs and grapefruit juice. Yes, that was my request! Meeting of course in the morning and on the way home we ran through McDonald's Drive through... we even supersized our meals for the occasion!
If you need something to do in Edmonton, come visit me at the Summerside Farmer's Market on June 13 and 20! :-) Ya... I'm officially nuts!
