Well... we've finally received our first offer on the house tonight!!! It's quite a bit lower than list but we'll see. Tomorrow will involve talks with banks and realtors and see what we can come up with! It's hard to know what to do... we both just really want the house gone. On the other hand, the weather is warming up and people will be out looking more. So, do we refuse the offer and hope for better? Because really in the end, it'll mean $10 more on our new mortgage?!! Hmm.... But if the mortgage could be less then... :-) But I have a feeling that this is causing us more stress then we both realize!
SELL HOUSE SELL
The official walk through is on Wednesday afternoon so that is exciting. The sad part is that I won't be apart of it. :-( I did take the afternoon off to go, however, the following afternoon is the lawyer appt which I must be at and the walk through is optional. Sigh... lawyers.... :-)
2 more weeks until Spring Break... 2 more weeks until mom and dad come... 2 more weeks until a new house! Can't wait! And to think of Japan and realize it could all be gone in a flash. But, I'm ok with that too.

Hope your house sells, that would be a huge load off your mind. So your Mom and Dad are coming up to help you move?? Wish we could meet up sometime :)
