So it actually worked out for me to have this afternoon for our 3 hour walk through with the 3rd party inspector. Everything looks really good... a few odd things like paint and some broken siding etc that need to be fixed but... it's ready!! So the new microwaves have a METAL shelf in them!!! It seems to defy logic but no sparkage occured! Isn't that brilliant though? Being able to heat up 2 plates of food at the same time... and the turn table can be turned off so those oblong dishes don't whack the door as they spin around! Ok... so it seems that small things satisfy me and make me deliriously happy! That's ok. So.. when are you all coming for dinner?! 6 days until possession!

We hope to be moving into our new place by the first week of May if everything lines up right. The packing up part is no fun tho. we have collected way too much stuff!!
