This time it was Natalie's turn. Last Friday night at a farewell potluck for R and A, Natalie was running around the hall when she slipped. She cried and cried... wouldn't use her right arm... nothing could distract. So... I got to the Stollery around 9:30. At 1am, I was sent for xrays... at 1:55am, we saw the doctor who confirmed that it was a Buckle Fracture. We soon after saw the Ortho Tech who splinted and wrapped her arm up. We're in this splint for 3 weeks. :) Natalie is a trooper and doesn't mind it at all. A few times she claims it's all better and wants it off, but now it's just a thing she lugs around! It's nice that we can remove it for the tub etc. Eating ribs tonight wasn't such a good idea!! Time for a new, clean tensor!
