Mia's 8th Birthday

Mia... loves all things LALALOOPSY, LEGO FRIENDS and CRAFTS!   Hence... the perfect birthday for her!  She was royally spoiled.   She says that she doesn't feel any different being 8 and that she wants to be a babysitter when she grows up.  She claims that she'll never get married nor have children... she only wants to look after other people's babies! :-) 
Mia continues to be an intense child... she goes for high to low to 5.2 seconds... :-)   She's highly creative and artistic, loves her music... it always amazes me what tunes she can crank out on the piano simply because she's heard it somewhere before.  She started gymnastics this fall and according to her teacher, she has a natural talent... surprise, surprise.... :-)   She pretty much 1 hand cartwheels every where in the house and is very flexible.  
She is our lil mother hen and loves routine, and don't you ever break a promise to her!!!   She thrives on quality alone time with those she loves most, and loves presents!   She also loves to give... this Christmas she had made lists of everyone in the family and had thought of what she wanted to buy them!!!!!   Very sweet!  
She was spoiled this year since Gma "B" was up here... Gma T, Gma B and Great Gma T all took her for lunch... ALONE... then they went shopping.   Needless to say... she has a million things Lalaloopsy now!!!  We attempted to have a Lalaloopsy party for her... :-)  Here are the pics from her party last night.   We got creative and made a Lalaloopsy Paper Maché center piece along with a bowl we made out of buttons!!!!  We also made lil boxes for the candy treats and I found birthday crackers at the $ store!  Mia was happy to win Pin the Party Hat on the Elephant.
We love you Missy Moo!!!!  Please.... stop growing up for a bit now, ok?!

 This is a bday gift craft that she made today.  It came with blank letters and she decorated them.  We'll hang it up in her room.
