Island Life; Nanaimo Style

is amazing!  Ha!  Off to the island we drove on Monday to visit Lorne and Michelle. Lorne and Glen grew up together. They are both engineers who both married teachers... we each have 3 children... all the same age and sex.  They all played perfectly together... what more could friends ask for?!  L and M generously whisked us around to the the beaches, parks and library in their motor home! The kids thought this was GREAT, and it was nice to all be together.  We enjoyed picnics and an amazing BBQ.  Thanks for a great time in Nanaimo!  There are WAY too many pictures for this... so I'll break it into a few posts... :-) Here is day 1 with L and M!
